Social Association of Afghan Justice Seekers (SAAJS) became two years old

Social Association of Afghan Justice Seekers (SAAJS) is celebrating its 2^nd year of establishment in a situation where the country is going towards elections. After eight years of governing by Mr. Karzai, there is not minute change in people’s life and they are still suffering from insecurity, unjust and violence.

With the presence of foreign troops, our people are still witnesses of self-burnings, gang rapes, kidnappings, grabbing of people’s assets and lands. The foreign troops, themselves are involved in the crimes like bombarding of Laghman, Nooristan, Farah and other south provinces of the country. Our people will never forget this point that US and allies entered Afghanistan in the name of Democracy, Woman Liberation, Security and War against Terrorism but as it is considered that the situation of the country is getting more chaotic day by day.

That is why our people have lost their hope and are not hopeful of the upcoming elections, because they don’t see any of the candidates are righteous for the realization of justice. If the justice is not realized as important and vital pillar of social rehabilitation, it is not possible to vanish the roots of crime and violence, all kind of corruption, looting of private and government assets and our injured people will never have the destiny for freedom and democracy, peace and stability, welfare and felicity, development and hope.

Hence we request all victims' families and individuals who want the securing of justice, to contact us and speed up the process of prosecution of criminals.

Once again we state our fundamental demands as following:

1-     We want the urgent removal of all criminals of period of Khaliqi and Parchami’s sovereignty, period of fascist Jehadi factions’ sovereignty, wild and terror era of Taliban and the period after that until now, from their governmental posts.

2-     We want the prosecution of all war culprits of all periods in a competent and impartial national and international court.

3-     We want investigation about the discovered mass graves and recognition of their perpetrators.

4-     We want the discovery of all undiscovered mass graves of all crime’s period.

5-     We strongly condemn the naming of buildings and streets in the name of criminals and call it an insult and disgrace to the blood of our innocent martyrs. 

6-     We request to have a memorial monument in the name of our missing unknown dears and a quarter should be allocated so the corpses of mass graves buried there honorably and respectfully.

7-     We ask all our compatriots in all over Afghanistan, who have lost their children, brothers and sisters, relatives and dear ones in last thirty years, to contact and inform us about the condition of martyrdom and disappearance of their loved ones and participate in our struggle for prosecution all perpetrators of last thirty years of atrocities.

8-     Let's unite to make our voice louder and dominant!

«انجمن اجتماعی دادخواهان ا فغان» دوساله شد

«انجمن اجتماعی دادخواهان افغان» دومین سالگرد خود را در حالی تجلیل می‌کند که کشور به طرف انتخابات روان است. با گذشت 8 سال از روی کارآمدن دولت آقای کرزی کوچکترین تغییری در زندگی مردم رونما نگردید و مردم کماکان از نا‌امنی، بی‌عدالتی و خشونت رنج می‌برند.

با حضور نیروهای خارجی هنوزهم مردم شاهد خودسوزی‌ها، تجاوزهای دسته جمعی، اختطاف، غضب اموال و زمین‌های مردم هستند. نیروهای خارجی خود نیز در این جنایات سهیم اند مانند بمباردمان‌های اخیر در لغمان، نورستان، فراه و دیگر ولایات جنوب کشور. هیچگاهی ملت ما فراموش نمی‌کنند که امریکا و متحدینش به نام آوردن دموکراسی، آزادی زن، امنیت و مبارزه با تروریزم وارد افغانستان شدند اما چنانچه ملاحظه می‌شود وضع کشور روزبروز بحرانی‌تر شده می‌رود.

بنابر این مردم ما بار دیگر امید خود را  از دست داده و به انتخاباتی که پیشرو است امیدوار نیستند، زیرا هیچ یک از کاندیدان را به خاطر تحقق عدالت در کشور صالح نمی‌بینند. در صورتی که عدالت به عنوان رکن عمده و اساسی اصلاح اجتماعی در تمام عرصه‌‌ها تحقق نیابد، به طور قطع ممکن نیست بساط جنایت و خشونت، فساد در تمام ابعادش، دزدی و چپاول دارایی شخصی و دولتی و بالاخره آزادی و دمکراسی، صلح و ثبات، رفاه و سعادت، پیشرفت و امیدواری نصیب مردم از هزار سو خنجرخورده ما گردد.

بناءً از آن عده فامیل‌های قربانی و افرادی که خواهان تامین عدالت هستند  تقاضا می‌‌‌کنیم با ما در تماس شوند تا  پروسه به محاکمه کشاندن جنایتکاران سرعت بشتری بیابد.

ما یک بار دیگر مطالبات اساسی خود را قرار ذیل اعلام می‌داریم:

1. ما خواهان برکناری فوری تمامی جنایتکاران دوران حاکمیت وطنفروشان خلق و پرچم، حاکمیت خون آلود تنظیم‌های جهادی، دوران وحشت قرون وسطایی طالبان و دوران بعد از آن تا امروز، از وظایف دولتی شان هستیم.
2. ما خواهان محاکمه تمامی متهمان به جنایت و خیانت سه دهه اخیر در یک محکمه باصلاحیت و بی‌طرف ملی و بین‌المللی می‌باشیم.
3. ما خواهان کشف تمامی گورهای دستجمعی کشف ناشده و بررسی جدی گورهای دستجمعی کشف‌شده و شناسایی و مجازات عاملان آن‌ها می‌باشیم.
4. ما خواهان کشف تمامی گورهای دستجمعی کشف‌ناشده در هر دوره‌ی از جنایت می‌باشیم.
5. ما نامگذاری اماکن و جاده‌ها به نام جنایتکاران را شدیداً محکوم می کنیم و آن را توهین و بی‌حرمتی به خون شهیدان معصوم خود می‌دانیم.
6. ما تقاضا داریم تا بنای یادبودی به نام ناپدید‌شدگان گمنام اعمار گردد و محله‌ای به نام "مزار شهدا"‌ مختص گردد تا اجساد گورهای دستجمعی با اعزاز و اکرام در آن دفن گردند.
7. ما از تمامی وطنداران خویش در سرتاسر افغانستان که، برادران و خواهران، اقارب و عزیزان وجگرگوشه‌های خود را طی سی سال اخیر از دست داده اند تقاضا می‌نماییم تا با ما تماس گیرند و چگونگی شهادت و ناپدید شدن آنان را با ما در میان گذاشته در تلاش‌های ما به خاطر محاکمه عاملان فجایع سه دهه اخیر سهیم گردند.
8. متحد شویم تا صدای ما رساتر و نافذتر گردد!
